I don't know what I did differently the past two days. I don't know if stress has anything to do with it? We've been waiting a week to hear from family in Puerto Rico. It's a devastating time over there. But, let's just hope this is a little bit of water weight.

87.1 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg. Still to go: 25.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

stress can have an effect, but keep doing what you are doing. I fluctuate 2 or 4 pounds in a day, depending on my water, calories, nutrients and life in general. I hope everyone is fine in PR.
