I have so far lost 16 lbs on Atkins and feel great. I am here because I want to track more than carbs.

85.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 10.9 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

There is an application link to Atkins on facebook. I find the people and the Atkins administrator very helpful with any questions or concerns regarding Atkins. They also are a great support group too! Best of luck, I've lost 43 pounds doing Atknis.
