9/19/16 287!!! I will take comfort that I've lost 36.5 lbs since this same day 1 year ago. Happy Tuesday everyone.
113.6 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 38.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
