Had hibachi shrimp and steak the rice got me last night for birthday all that sodium carbs ...I expected worse weight ...now back to my low carb eating
68.6 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
