Hello everyone. I've been using Fat Secret since July 10th. Weighed in at 307 pounds and as of today, Sept. 18th, I'm down to 278. I still have quite a ways to go but feeling pretty good. I've done it by counting calories. I stay between 1000 and 1500 calories a day with an occasional weekend "cheat day." I walk some but haven't incorporated an actual exercise regimen just yet but it's coming soon. I've enjoyed reading your posts and seeing the meal ideas. I am someone who has struggled with weight issues my entire life. I've lost and gained weight several times and pray it will finally be long term this time. Food truly is like a drug for me and I am trying to master the art of moderation and self control; to stop eating when I'm full and not turn to food to cope or in conjunction with every emotion. We can do it-one day, one step, one meal and one good choice at a time! Have a great week!
