Big drop overnight. I began this journey Monday, eating low carb for Mon/Tues, and peeing a lot! Weighed in at 196 Wed morning. Went to 195 Thursday, when I officially started this PSMF. Lost 5 lbs the next day, and yes, I spent a while in the bathroom! Not sure what caused it.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 33.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
