Last night at weigh-in I was 197.0, I've lost 10.75 pounds in 3 weeks. My health coach suggested increasing my water to 100 oz per day, that's about 6 bottles so I'll do it. Also gonna try burning 300 calories per day with exercise. And order an air fryer to cook veggies.
87.9 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
