Not a good 2 weeks! Fell off the wagon last weekend and didn't do well last week since we were out doing field inspections at work. Lots of eating breakfast and lunch out. I walked a lot, but I know it wasn't enough to burn off everything I ate!
Plus, we got Easter candy - very bad! It shouldn't have come into the house. I've eaten a little - I've had a lot of restraint and haven't done too bad.
So I'm not surprised about my weight going up. I'm hoping that it's better tomorrow. We don't have any plans today - I should be able to work in my yard a little more and take a walk with my boys.
I'm going to work to keep a positive attitude and work on getting out more and exercising more!
