Crazy week w/ pulling my back on Friday 3/30, Er trip on 4/4. Stuck with my workouts 5 days week through it all. Tracked every day on FatSecret & WW. All in all I'm proud of myself (and keeping with it!!)
119.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 51.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
