I went off my diet after several visits from family and could never seam to get back at it. I tried and tried and I'm trying again.
I'm seriously putting myself back on track!
Wish me luck and I need some recipes that are good low carb and ow calories!
124.7 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 63.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
