Last night's cheat meal did this!
Well no regret cause I just joined the gym nearby and my exercise will be doubled!
3days basketball and 3days weight lifting and bodybuilding. Fridays are gonna be rest days I guess but my workout-addict butt will probably ask for a short walk on that day...
