I feel a little disappointed. I did work out 4 times last week and I was pretty careful to stay withing my calorie limits, but I didn't drop a single pound!!!! Not even a half pound. EXACTLY the same weight as last week. I'm gonna keep it up, but I know I would have been more motivated if I had dropped a couple pounds. Hopefully, I'll see something in a couple days.
101.4 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When the scale isn't moving, pay attention to how your clothes are fitting. sometimes we lose inches/fat and don't see it on the scale right away. The scale will move again. You are doing great. Patience and persistence will get you to your goal.

Get rid of the bread, grains and sugar . The pounds will melt off :)

Thanks for the encouragement. I heard you are really on a role!!! There's actually no way that I can live without sugar. So, I guess I'll have to settle for the slow pace that I'm on. Which I'm ok with.
