Back from trip to Atlanta. No loss, but no gain either, so all is well.

Walked nearly 3 miles yesterday....first whole day back. Walked the full 3.1 miles this AM with doggies who are oh-so-happy to be back from "camp!"
70.3 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Welcome back - I think that is amazing that you didn't gain anything while on vacation (although you did the same last vacation, didn't you?) Hope your vacation didn't get rained out.

There she is!!! Glad you are home safe & sound & none the worse off...what can I say besides GREAT JOB!! Your puppies weren't the only ones that missed you...we did too!!

Boy have we missed you..Awesome on staying the same..but didn't you pack most of your food??..Can't go off plan if you take it with you.. I bet your babies was happy to see you..noting like the greeting you get from your wee ones..I bet they enjoyed the walk routine again..have a great evening...:O)

Hi all....missed you guys too! Yes, I took this same vacation last year (and the year before that at my all-time high weight, as well). And also yes on the food....took all the items for breakfast, lunch and snacks while at our destination. Just ate dinners out and also all meals while on-the-road. I'll probably detail it in a journal one of these days, just in case a newbie needs some insight (not you guys, of course!!). Anyway, still catching up on everything here at home. Should be back on here more regularly in a few days and looking forward to seeing all the pounds falling away from my buddies.....:)
