The weather the last week was not as good as we would have liked for walking - so I'm not shocked that I only lost a 1/2 pound. But every little bit helps!

I do need to try and walk at work at lunch (as long as I'm not trying to flex my time) and be creative and do more indoor exercise at home when I can.

What's tough is that with the time change a few weeks ago, WBC does not go to bed until 7. It was easier to exercise after he went down at 5:30 but 7 means all we're both ready to do is eat!

I think this just means that I need to adjust my workout schedule - and if that means walking at work, then that's what I'll do. With my headphones and pandora, I'm easily amused!

Got the walk in at lunch! It was SUPER windy but the gals I worked with joined me - we walked 1.5 miles in a half hour. This will help, since I don't know that I'm going to get to walk when I get home.
