I am doing better then before and I am feeling great about it!
105.7 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good work mate! Was just wondering how tall you are? Cause you have similar starting and goal weight as me. I started at 104kg and not sure what my goal should be. I think 72.8 cause that's smack bang in the middle of my helathy bmi range

I am short. 5' 4". My low is 140lbs, but that is too skinny for me (size 4-6). I am comfy at 160lbs. You are tall, rt?
