self fucking sabotage! any suggestions for getting back into ketosis fast?! I feel totally insane and helpless at the moment. :(
90.5 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.6 kg a Week

Just get back into it. If it was a recent fall off the wagon it is likely mostly water weight and will drop off with 2-3 days of good fasting. Don't do dairy or fruit. Stick to protein and veggies like cauli, zucchini and broccoli. then after that you can go back to more of a regular keto plan. Hang in There!

Right there with you! Did really good the first 12 or so day, then I got lazy. I can't let myself get lazy, cause then the crap like cereal calls out to me, loudly! Just jump right back in, forget the past, and keto on.
