So proud of myself last night!! We went out to eat with friends, and I already had my meal planned out, and I actually ate better than I planned! Also, I didn't give in to the temptation of dessert, or starbucks afterwards!! Yay!!
87.8 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
