I'm starting to wonder if something is wrong. I'm not sure why I am seeing gains instead of losses.
122.1 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I showed a small loss this week even though i had been making 3-4 lb losses for each of the prior three weeks. I was strict Keto . So ...when I asked around I found many people suffered the same slow down . Some of them advised the following: Eat only during a set time of day. Thus avoiding the grazing into the night (on Keto foods) that I might have done. They also said ..."Keep Calm and Keto on" Sounds silly but ...what they really were telling me...forget the scale...fine tune the Way of Eating Keto...experience and reset will win out...just don't quit before the miracle happens again for you. Hope this helps...any way...its what I am trying to do this week.

are you working out hard? Remember... muscle weighs more than fat, so while you could be slimming down, the muscle gain makes it seem like you're losing ground. ;-)

For me the gain is often about not enough water, too much salt or starchy carbs.

Google Candida overgrowth. When I eat something that flares my infection, I gain 2 lbs overnight and become all bloated and inflamed. That may be what you're experiencing.
