After getting frustrated with my Wii Ea Sports controllers and thigh strap, I switched back to the treadmill (with a slipping belt). Tightened the belt and forged thru and managed to get in a good workout. Normally I would just say "screw it", but it was important enough for me to keep going.
99.1 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
