Yippee! Another pound down! Now just 1.5 lbs to go before I'm at pre-pregnancy weight.
I need to review what I did differently this past week to figure out what prompted the loss since the week before I maintained.
I was very happy with my activity level this week - we walked several days and yesterday, I was able to get out and start working in my yard. I really enjoyed it - this time last year, I was 6 months pregnant and working in the yard was the last thing I wanted to do! So of course, my yard now needs a lot of work since I haven't done anything in over a year. I'm working in small sections and was happy to cut back some dead stuff and get the area around our mailbox cleaned up. And I'm feeling it today - lots of stiff muscles!
The weather looks really good again this week - so hopefully that means lots of walks for us.
I'm also excited to start volunteering with our cat rescue again! We stopped when I got pregnant because I couldn't be around the cat litter. But I really wanted to get back to it - so I'm going to start helping out this week. I will be cleaning cages and spending time with the cats who are available for adoption. I haven't been doing anything outside of work and home, so this will be a nice way to get out one evening a week and do something that makes me feel really good!
