Women's Shelter Charity event on Saturday which included food and booze. Really got carried away then carried onton Sunday. Need to get this under control. Must try even harder this week.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

A loss is a loss ;-) Seriously, it's very important that you lost something, that means you are on the right path. Try even harder this week, I'm with you 100%. And, something I noticed too, you weigh-in on monday, right after the weekend. You chose the hardest time to weigh in, you are braver than me no doubt!
