Not a great week for weight loss, I didn't get in much cardio but my food was pretty good. Not feeling too hot off and on, tummy trouble again. Feel ok right now, but not 100%. I think I will do a day of just liquids, sometimes that helps me when I have a recurring bout of this stuff. I have a feeling I know why I showed a slight gain yesterday but that would be "TMI"... Ha-ha. Anyway I'm sure I'll be right back in the thick of things at next week's weigh-in.

No excuses.


Cleaning out the garage today, a much needed project. My sister is still in the rehab facility for physical therapy, she will be there another week I think. I took one of the Shelties to visit her Friday evening, he was washed and brushed and adorable and everyone wanted to see him. He would make such a wonderful therapy dog, I wish my sister would get him certified. Maybe I can get her started and she can use him to help with her own therapy, it would be good.

Well back to the garage and then to the yard, it is a beautiful day here and I love being outside!

Love the pix.... Oh how true the saying is. Hope your tummy gets better quickly - I hate having that type of "issue", you never know where you are with it.

I love this pic..that smile on his face says it all..Hope you get better with the tummy troubles..been there and still there..I have my restrooms picked out where ever I shop and every rest area on my way down to see my sisiters..LOL..comes with the territory..have fun cleaning out the garage..makes you feel better when its done...:O)

Hiya Bren, thankfully I don't have the trouble often, it used to be more of when I felt good as compared to when I felt bad. Yep. Have a great Monday, sending Spring thoughts your way!
