I've been walking this week. Once at graduation from the back of the school to the field and then across the field and back. Over 1/4 miles at Brookdale. Unfortunately I've spent much time sleeping in the reclining loveseat. Meals have been pretty much on target. Going to Katie's for dinner tonight to celebrate Father's Day.
122.7 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
