Was hoping to be down a 1/2 pound - but just the fact that I maintained and did not gain is a good thing. I have to remind myself that there will be weeks that this will happen.

We had great weather last week so we did several walks after work - and I'm looking forward to another week of more walks. It's great for all of us and WBC seems to tire out (yeah) when he's outside.

I did experience my first TOM since WBC's arrival - so the last one was 18 months ago! So I don't know if that's throwing my numbers off either. I haven't had any weird cravings or eaten a lot more than usual, but I've definitely been feeling "off" over the last week. I'm looking forward to the end, until next month or possibly longer - depending on how my IUD cooperates!
75.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
