Well I have been doing legs and lifting weights so its probably muscle but I will follow my diet closely and avoid them chocolate chip cookies and milk :)
56.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
