So happy to see so much progress! My body is starting to feel a little tired from all the dieting, so I'm ready to bump up the protein game again! 💪🏻 Overall, I feel great. I've still been able to have all the foods I love and resist cravings. Salmon sashimi has definitely been my saving grace for this diet, it's been giving me the protein I need to continue to go off of a mostly raw foods diet and it's satisfied my taste foods. I will admit, once or twice when I am craving something junky I have indulged in a packet of ramen, but I've used my own soup mixture and I've been sure to make the exceptions VERY occasional. Cellulite and bloating has gone down significantly.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
