Ed BO,No not retired, work as Executive Chef in food Industry, so I'am around GREAT food all day long, from several different food outlets, as for losing the weight I keep my mouth shut, had several health issues and figured if I wanted to be around a long time could not weigh 427 #s took 3 years of trial and error mostly error of loosing 175#s then slowly for the remainder, and now I'm at my lowest weight since 7-8 grade or 50 years ago, I then discover Fat Secret back in December and Joined in January, As my daughter had a baby a few years ago and I would like to be around longer And my Journey continues..

Ed,Feet and limbs are all good, but inside is not the best, working on that to, I Do spin and play racquetball, I walk about 5-8 miles a day according to my fitbit, usually 5 miles before lunch, so I'm hopefully just shooting at the 200 # mark, And the Journey goes on..Really don't know what you meant by normal, but it did give me a chuckle !!!
