Ok, so last week before I started p90x, I weighed in at 156.5... I jumped up by Wednesday to 159... Now I am at 154.5 this morning.

I gotta eat a *hell* of a lot more this week. Thats way to low... :-/
70.1 kg Lost so far: 38.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week

Well if I could make sure the fat was coming from my belly and not my face, I wouldn't care. I just don't wanna end up looking like skeletor.

Yeah gotta make sure to eat enough to sustain that P90X program!! I'm thinking you might drop a few more pounds before you start building on more muscle weight..
