I keep trying to update my weight here on this keto challenge and it does not take for the week of number 4....I will try one more time today @ 177.9 It is OK in all the other areas except on the keto challenge.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
