I'm actually (pleasantly) surprised to see a little bit of a loss for this week. My job has had me running so many hours that I haven't had the time or energy to legitimately work out. The good thing is, I'm starting to notice a slight change in the appearance of my hands and stomach.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
