Ah good to see that my weight fluctuates within a 1 kg (2 lb) range because I am weaning myself off animal proteins, so the carbs got abused a lot this month.
So, this journey to be vegan lifestyle is interesting. I'm down to just chicken and fish. As of tomorrow, it'll be just fish. I have lots of beans, nuts, veggies, fruits, soy based shakes, drinks, etc. Ready for this...
64.2 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
