I was very excited to get on the scale this morning and have a loss! I will start to go back to weekly weigh ins, I just needed to record the lower number - and hopefully it continues to go down!

I'm really happy that the hubby and I are getting healthy together.

We tried a low carb flax meal pizza crust last night. Not bad - just felt like a lead weight in my stomach because of the fiber. We'll definitely have it again - we will probably tweak the recipe next time to make it a little more flavorful. But if my hubby (who isn't super adventurous with food) gave it the ok, then I'm happy!

I haven't been working out as much as I would like the pass few days, but I should be able to get back into it the swing of things.

I think I'm also going to adjust my RDI. I had it higher than I would like because I was still pumping. I stopped last week and I think that's helping things as well.

Looking forward to continue the good eating and feeling great!
