Bad week, I am glad Easter is over and all the candy is gone. Jelly Beans and Cadbury Eggs were my downfall. Back on track today, that is all that matters. No more cheating I need to get on track and stay there because the scale is going the wrong way and I have nobody to blame but myself.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
