Very sweet. Nice weigh in today, down 1.1 lbs. only 2.4 lbs 'til I hit the 20 lb. mark. Ate a quick dinner and I still have to treadmill it before Lost tonite. Rock on.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
