I've got a cold! However I don't take any cold medication but fighting with my own ability. What I am doing myself are to take as much as vitamins through fruits, consume one spoonful of honey, drinking plenty of cups of water, and of course take a sound rest. Unfortunately I gained 0.1kg this morning T^T but I am not so depressed because my plan is not a short termed but a long one.
