It has taken two weeks, but I finally was able to drop again. These last two weeks have been annoying, bouncing back and forth between 179 and 181, no matter how I exercise or what I ate. Today, from my heaviest point ever I have lost 20.4 pounds. From my greatest weight loss in the past, I have dropped 5.4 pounds. I'm hoping to be able to keep the trend up and not have another two weeks of bouncing around.
