I went for a run tonight for the 1st time since xmas eve when i hurt my back- SO awesome to be back at it! The smell of random fire places, and laundry drying and fresh air and the cold wind snapping the sweat dripping down my back.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 31.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
