Just coasting along, not trying hard to lose weight. I have tried to not overeat, but definitely need to go back to a restricted diet soon. I've been really tired and had some depression problems, even though I'm still off caffeine. It's probably the winter blahs. I think when spring gets here, more sunshine and more fresh food options will help me get back on board.
74.7 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Coco, spring will be here soon. Maybe that will help with the depression issues. In the meantime, you're not gaining at a great rate, so it's all good. You'll get back to it when you're ready. Just don't desert us.
