Treadmill workout was the same today, but somehow seemed tougher than usual. I'm tired. Been on for a full 31 days today and have lost 14.5 lbs. That's almost a half a pound a day. Good pace? Too fast/slow?
102.1 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
