So I followed my meal plan for the week, exercised twice (considering I haven't exercised since last year its a lot) and I've managed to go up 1.5 pounds. The exercise I did was all yoga, pilates based so no weights to add muscle, which wouldn't happen in one week anyway. This is so depressing. I'm going to cut back the fruit and grain amounts. I didn't eat them before so I think maybe that's what it is.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
