Weigh myself on Sat and was 165 hope thats still true because it was the end of vacation and Oscar night.

74.8 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg. Still to go: 11.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.8 kg a Week
