Damn. For the last 24 hours I have been STARVING! First time since I have been on the wagon that this has occurred. Maybe being off a couple days has done it to me. Back to work tomorrow tho.
103.2 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
