I know this fast loss will not continue for long, but sure an enjoying it while it lasts. Will be leaving Wed morning for an 11 day trip which means restaurant foods for all 11 days so am sure all this progress will be lost, but that is OK. Will climb back on the wagon when I return.
103.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.7 kg a Week

Make a travel plan around eating. Order a take out box with your healthy balanced meal and before you take a bite, put half the meal in the take out box. Maybe some fasting? Buy or pack healthy snacks for evenings or while traveling. You can do this!
