Another drop, I'll take it since I sat all day yesterday sewing and didn't get much exercise except my morning walk.

I have another day of sewing planned with the ladies, It is like a mini vacation.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
