Ugh yesterday was good for exercise 1 hr tennis but still a bad hair day calorie wise 17000 consumed yesterday ate all kinds of sugar didn't lose anything today but still same weight. Oh well feel good from the tennis game yesterday. Back to the ultra low 1200 or less calorie grind. The weight loss has definitely helped improve my tennis game.

Typo above 1700 calories consumed does anyone else crave sweets after exercise? Sugar puts as dent in my diet so i exercise just for the health aspect not the weight loss aspect. Another words exercise increases my appetite.
