TWD Sunday was great! Now to return to the daily grind, after managing to sleep for 5+ straight hours. I do kinda remember readjusting pillows and turning over at sometime between 11:46pm and 5:34am. Still it was wonderful, so no moaning about a 1.5 overnight gain!
120.9 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 46.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
