So frustrating. I've had 5 great weight loss weeks. I'm doing everything right so Im not sure why i gained. All i can do is improve on everything. I have been lifting weights and i do know muscle weighs more than fat so I'll try not to dwell on this.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I looked at you calendar. You don't log exercise so I can only guess how much you burn. I am guessing you are a woman based on your target weight. I was your current weight 2 months ago. Based on my experience. I doubt you will lose a lot eating at around 2000 cal. Try to go down to 1800 or 1700 and see what happens. I eat around 1500 but if you are younger and more active, 1800 might be enough for you. Try to cut some sugary snacks. I did not check all you days but there is a lot you can cut and/or replace with something healthier without feeling hungry. Good luck.
