Obsessive Chocaholic's Journal, 10 Feb 17

My goal for the past week was just to not eat any full length chocolate bars. Chunky kitkat being my favourite & will eat a minimum of two a day, but more commonly at least four.
I baked muffins & cookies & didn't focus on anything else I ate. The no full size chocolate bars was the only thing I worked on. And that was very hard for me.
This morning I am down more than 3lbs since last Friday morning & I immediately think I should celebrate by allowing myself one or two kitkats.

Will try to persevere again this week, with still just that focus same as this past week.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
