Well, I am gaining weight... which was the point, but now I think I need to slow this thing down. Waistline is increasing too fast. I will try to keep hitting my protein goal and my macro distribution, but I'm cutting back to 2800 kcal for the next week or two. Should correct the bloat, but I won't lose weight. And I'm finally going to spring for a food scale. Tired of guessing at food weights.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
