Down a little bit so that makes me happy. Wish it was 5 or 10 pounds but we all know that isn't possible or healthy. Work is still very stressful but so far I am winning the fight against eating to make the stress go away. I am still eating canned sugar free fruit at night. It was pointed out to me that fresh fruit turns to pure sugar so I just wanted to clarify what I am eating. A can of this fruit comes up to 0 points on my weight watchers chart and it fills me up which is what matters. Everybody keep fighting the good fight and remember a slip is only a slip don't let it define you.
101.0 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
